As he ran away, Ndebele turned against Simango accusing him of interfering in his fights and he picking up a moulded brick and struck him on his head once before fleeing the scene.”

Simango collapsed on the spot and his lifeless body was discovered by a neighbour Saziso Ncube, the following morning and a report was made to the police.

Police investigations led to Ndebele`s arrest while Simango`s body was taken to the Tsholotsho District Hospital mortuary.
